Youngblood’s legacy carries on as his firstborn, now grown up, has continued on his quest to avenge his father’s death. If we thought that Youngblood was a ruthless killer, he’s a saint compared to his “take no prisoners” son, Trouble. This young guy is full of rage and it needs somewhere to go – anyone who is breathing could potentially feel his wrath. Those in the ATL learned quickly to keep a wide berth around themselves where he is concerned, knowing that anyone at any time could become his next victim.

Learning from the mistakes of his father’s past, Trouble is distrusting of almost everyone and places unrealistic expectations on his girl, Kamora. This beauty is the only person he holds close, aside from his grandmother, sisters, Swag and Inez. But even a small infraction could make him turn on her, even though she has shown loyalty to him on a level equivalent to Inez and Youngblood. In the end, all the love she’d shown and many ways she sacrificed herself to hold him down, meant nothing. He dropped her like a hot potato.

While he chose to focus on one area that led to his father’s downfall, he completely ignored the primary reason his father lost his life….his choice of lifestyle. For Trouble it’s really quite simple. He has nothing he feels is worth living for and to him the mark of a man is in his ability to not blink in the face of adversity. While there were a few people he respected that spoke truth into his life, there was an inner burning inside, along with Inez in his ear, telling him to make anyone pay who played any part in his father taking a fall.

The book was written well as all of Cash’s books are. Trouble was a difficult character to connect to. The thought never seemed to occur to him that he could pave his own way. Instead, his sense of entitlement led him to believe that it was okay for him to take what he wanted from people and if they wouldn’t submit willingly, he’d just kill them. One thing that kept running through my mind as I read this book was “vengeance is mine, says the Lord, and I will repay” and how when we choose to do things our own way, the issues never end. What stood out to me was how a person’s perception dictates not only how he or she sees a situation, but also how they see others and perception affects actions. While I think that Juanita meant well, I also think she could have handled things differently by considering current needs and future needs, then making decisions accordingly. Inez is a completely different story. Her obsession with Youngblood and desire to be known as the realest female to hold a man down, even in death, ultimately made her give up having a life. To me that’s pointless. It also seems she needed to spend more time parenting her children, but then again, how do you teach what you don’t know….

Trust No Man 3 Like Father like Son (Audible Audio Edition) Cash Brandon Rubin Audible Studios Books Reviews

This series is truly a classic for street literature. They say hell has no fury like a women. Well they didn't meet Trouble AKA
Lil youngblood. He world was crushed when his father was killed and he was determined to make everyone pay that had a hand in killing his dad. Trouble represents everything his dad stood for. However those who choose to test his word, his loyalty will definitely feel his wrath. Execellent book wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
Trouble was certainly an extension of his father, Youngblood except for one aspect...Trouble trusted no one.

This easy to read fast paced action story Cash penned was the best of the three book series. Sometimes a bit repetitive but not a dull moment. With revenge always on his mind Trouble does all he can to keep the promise he made his father. Trouble avenges his father's death until the end.

If you are looking for a in the streets kind of story...Trust No Man 1-3 is it.

I had been waiting on this book from the moment I read Trust no man 2. I was very pleased as I usually am with the writing's that Ca$h puts down. Like father Like son was a really great read to see how the death of a son's father could impact a son. To feel the emotions the son goes through and the changes he goes through to be as "gangsta" as his dad. I'm not going to tell the end but I really wanted it to be different but Karma is a mother!!!!I wonder will Trey grow up to be like his dad since the urn was passed to him. Dang!!!!! I didn't want it to end!!!!!!!
First off the homie Ca$h is brilliant with the pen. TNM 3 gives us the story of Youngblood oldest son Lil T AKA Trouble. Lil T is out to avenge the death of his father and who ever snitched is going to get it. Trouble was a real gangster for real and he didn't play no games. I felt kind of bad for Kamora, but she did cross that line for sleeping with the person she slept with. I felt that Trouble should've stuck with Kamora. I realize the agreement they had about having kids, but she had been their for him and he needed to realize that she was still a women and every woman no matter how tough they are has emotions and deal with things differently than men do. Criminal was snake and I couldn't believe he did what he did. He deserved his ending. I wish that he could of had a relationship with this little brother Justice since that was his only brother. He was judging Justice, but he needed to realize that Juanita was raising him to go down the right path and just because he was the son of Youngblood, doesn't mean he has to be a killer. But to see them have a relationship like he had with his sisters would of been cool. I hated how it ended, but what goes around comes around and he took a lot of innocent people lives. But I still liked Trouble and he did realize that he killed some innocent people and he did have regret for that. But I don't want to give away the story because I can go on and on. I loved this series and I highly recommend it. Keep bringing us that heat Cash!
This book started out with a bang and ended with a bang. For those who are CA$H fans you will read this and not be disappointed.

In Part 3 we are introduced to Trouble the son of Youngblood. Trouble's mission in life is to seek revenge against all those who testified against his dad resulting in his demise. While on his mission he has the assistance of his girlfriend, Kamora. These two together appear to be unstoppable. But we all know everything has it's beginning and it's end.

I really enjoyed Trust No Man 3 but I can honestly say I didn't like Trouble. I found him to be cold blooded and ruthless. Throughout the book he would say his father's blood ran through his veins and that's what made him the individual he was. In my opinion Trouble was worse than his father and nothing more than a cold blooded killer.

I would recommend anyone who has read the previous books in this series to read part 3 because you will not be disappointed.
